This is true for all versions of Outlook using Exchange. I thought I had read somewhere that a sender could get a reply once every 24 hours, but I’m not sure that’s true. I have set up auto replies, which work when Outlook is open, but when it is not open no replies are sent. It also then doesn;t send them when i re-open Outlook later. Therefore any emails coming through when i am away from computer are not responded to, which is when you most need it.

Me Veena. The “Turn on for all accounts” will be grayed out if there is only one email account configured in your Outlook.
